Every engagement begins with a comprehensive 30-day assessment. We document your current state, identify gaps, test your backups and deliver a prioritized roadmap.
Investment: $3,500 (credited 100% toward your first contract if signed within 60 days)
Roadmap Execution
We implement improvements according to the agreed timeline. You get weekly progress updates so you always know where things stand.
Ongoing Partnership
Regular backup testing, compliance documentation updates and business reviews. You get the IT leadership you need without the full-time hire.

What is the minimum engagement size?
Foundation starts at 10 users with a $1,950 monthly floor. Advantage starts at 20 users with a $4,900 monthly floor. Alpha starts at 25 users with a $7,375 monthly floor. If your organization is below the Foundation floor, we can still have a conversation about fit and timing.
What is included in the 30-day assessment?
A comprehensive review of your current IT and security environment: documented inventory of endpoints and identities, backup posture review with tested-restore evidence, cyber insurance and compliance gap analysis, and a prioritized roadmap. The fee is $3,500, credited 100% toward your first contract if signed within 60 days.
Can we upgrade between tiers later?
Yes. Tier moves happen at the beginning of a new service period and are scoped against the delta between tiers. Most organizations that grow past their current tier's complexity move up at the annual review. Others move up when a specific pressure (a new enterprise customer, a new regulatory obligation, a pending PE transaction) triggers the need.
Does per-user pricing include Microsoft 365 licensing?
No. Per-user pricing covers managed services and security tools. Microsoft 365 licensing, cloud infrastructure (Azure or AWS) and on-premise servers are quoted separately. Per-site fees apply for network equipment and local support at each location.
Are add-on services only available on the highest tier?
No. Incident response, penetration testing, carve-out or integration projects and compliance audit preparation are available as additional scope on any tier. They are scoped and priced separately from the per-user tier pricing.
